We are open seven days a week to welcome you. Our hours are tailored to ensure the highest quality of service:
Daily Breakfast: Served every morning from 6:30 AM till 12pm in the afternoon.
Tuesday – Saturday: We are open until 10:00 PM. (Last food orders at 9:00 PM; last bar orders at 9:30 PM).
Sundays & Mondays: We close earlier at 7:00 PM. (Last restaurant orders at 5:00 PM; last pizza orders at 6:00 PM; last bar orders at 6:30 PM).
The Deli: Our Deli mirrors the hotel’s opening hours—perfect for those seeking a late-night coffee or a slice of artisanal cake.
For Our Residents: If you are staying with us on a Sunday or Monday, you are welcome to pre-order your dinner. Our Night Manager will personally deliver your meal to your suite at your requested time later that evening.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
What happens if I arrive late at night? We are happy to accommodate late arrivals. If you will be arriving after 10:00 PM, please notify us so we can alert our Night Manager to meet you. We also recommend pre-ordering a meal if you expect to arrive after our kitchen has closed; our team will ensure your food is prepared and ready for you upon your arrival.
We are ideally located for easy travel. The hotel is approximately 11.7 km from Richards Bay Airport, which is a comfortable 15 to 17-minute drive via the R34 and R619.
Yes. To ensure your arrival is as seamless as our hospitality, we can arrange shuttle transfers to and from Richards Bay Airport. Please contact our reception 24 hours in advance to book your seat.

We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund of your deposit, please notify us of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your 2:00 PM check-in.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a fee equal to the first night's stay.
In the event of a "no-show," the full booking amount will be charged.
